Made to Order

Most pieces are made to order. Please allow 2–5 weeks for your pottery to be created and shipped. Each item is handcrafted, so slight variations in glaze, texture, or shape are expected and celebrated as part of its unique character.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your order arrives broken, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom Orders
